We are thrilled to share that Twilight’s End has been selected for the Video Games Cinematics & Trailers Competition at MIFA 2026, held during the historic Annecy Festival!
Following the incredible honor of Blood, Sweat & Tears winning the Jury Prize in 2025, this nomination is an exciting milestone in our mission to bridge immersive gaming lore with powerful cinematic adaptation.
Bridging video games and cinematic animation
Twilight’s End represents the culmination of a narrative arc carefully built across several iconic cinematics: Welcome to Noxus, Dark Gambit, and Beginning of the End.
For Fortiche, this project became an expansive playground to push the boundaries of adaptation. As an animation production company driven by world-building, our focus was to translate rich video game lore into a nuanced, cinematic experience. This artistic journey allowed us to explore new depths in our craft:
- Absolute authenticity: Grounding the characters and their worlds in a believable reality.
- Subtle acting: Capturing the delicate emotional nuances and micro-expressions of the protagonists.
- A mystical tone: Expanding our signature visual language with a darker, more atmospheric edge.
This project embodies our core philosophy: treating every format with an artistic weight & technical precision!
