Fortiche is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the adventure—could it be you?

Supported by our Talent Acquisition team, your role will be to discover and actively participate in the studio's recruitment cycle and contribute to the success of our 2026 Internship Campaign.

The goal? To share our expertise with you so that recruitment in the animation industry no longer holds any secrets! You will be at the heart of the action, in direct contact with our managers and future talents.

Specifically, you will join the Talent Acquisition unit alongside Emmanuelle (TAM) and Mégane (TA Assistant). More broadly, you will be part of our People team, which includes Angelina (HRD), Lionel, Claire, and Pamela (HR Team), as well as Loretta and Jordan (Payroll/HR Admin).

  • Discovery & Immersion: Participation in key recruitment stages.

  • Scoping: Assistance in defining needs with Hiring Managers.

  • Sourcing & Visibility: Writing and posting job offers across our various channels.

  • Selection: Reviewing applications and participating in screening interviews in tandem with Mégane.

2026 Internship Campaign

  • Communication: Assisting in the preparation of visual and textual elements for the campaign.

  • Employer Branding: Community Management on LinkedIn to showcase our opportunities.

  • Operational Management: Selection of intern profiles and administrative follow-up of internship agreements.

Support for Tool Updates

  • Toolbox: Participating in the creation of informative content to support our managers on recruitment topics.

  • ATS Training: Discovery and hands-on use of our Applicant Tracking System.

  • Industry Specifics: Introduction to specific contracts in our sector, notably the French "intermittence" system (CDDU) and its particularities.

Activity Monitoring Assistance

  • Analysis: Participation in tracking the department's KPIs.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Interview with Mégane – Talent Acquisition Assistant

  • Interview with Emmanuelle – Talent Acquisition Manager on-site + studio tour

Our ideal profile

• Student in a Master's degree in Human Resources (preparing for an RNCP title).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
• Dynamism, reactivity, and strong synthesis skills.
• Genuine interest in the animation and audiovisual sector.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Workspace).

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • Contract type: Internship (Mandatory training convention).

  • Ideal start date: April 2026.

  • Duration: 4 to 6 months.

  • Location: Paris 13th arrondissement.

  • Remuneration: Legal minimum (€4.50/hour) + access to Fortiche benefits (Staff restaurant, social activities via the CSE).

  • Schedule: 35h/week (10 AM – 6 PM).
