Working alongside Loretta (Payroll Manager) and Jordan (Payroll Specialist), you will actively participate in personnel administration and payroll data collection for all our employees (both permanent staff and intermittents du spectacle / entertainment workers).
YOUR MISSIONS
Supporting the payroll team, your missions revolve around the monthly payroll process :
contractual integration : taking into account contractual elements provided by the HR team into our tracking and production tools.
variable elements : preparing variable payroll data for permanent staff, and contributing to the preparation for intermittents (contracts, attendance tracking on HRIS or ShotGrid – production tracking tool – for intermittents, transport allowances, restaurant vouchers, etc.).
payslips : participating in drafting payslips for entertainment workers (intermittents du spectacle).
Hard skills
background : you have completed training in Production Administration and already have a first experience in payroll.
office tools : good proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
industry knowledge : you are familiar with the sector and the specifics of intermittence du spectacle and the audiovisual industry.
Mastery of French
Soft skills
confidentiality and rigor : absolute discretion when handling sensitive data and high precision in your daily work.
organization and teamwork : ability to prioritize tasks and a desire to work closely with your team!
Would be a plus
comfortable in English (written and spoken) to easily communicate with non-French speaking international team members.
