Want to discover HR in the field of 3D animation? Join the Fortiche adventure for an immersive internship within our People team!

Accompanied by our people team, this internship will allow you to explore the richness and great diversity of HR topics within the exciting animation sector. You will be at the heart of the action, participating in key projects: from digital transformation (HRIS) to social dialogue and talent development.

You will join our People team composed of Angelina (HRD), Lionel (HR Manager), Claire and Pamela on the HR side, Emmanuelle and Mégane on the Talent Acquisition side, as well as Loretta and Jordan on the Payroll/HR Admin side.

Alongside the HR Manager, you will participate in structuring projects for the studio!

YOUR MISSIONS

HRIS Project: Support for Digital Transformation

  • Data Management: active contribution to the migration and reliability of employee data (audit and database cleaning).

  • Quality Assurance: operational participation in the testing phases (functional tests) to guarantee the tool's compliance before its launch.

  • Deployment Support: assistance with technical settings and help in creating support materials for users.

HR Administration and Operations

  • Employee Life Cycle: optimization and updating of administrative files to guarantee high-quality onboarding.

  • Reporting: contribution to the analysis of HR indicators through the updating and improvement of dashboards.

  • External Stakeholders: support for the contractual follow-up of service providers and freelancers reinforcing the studio's teams.

Career and Performance Tracking

  • Summer 2026 Campaign: assistance in preparing and monitoring the annual interview calendar.

  • Data Exploitation: participation in the summary analysis of interviews to fuel our future HR strategy.

Social Relations and Dialogue

  • Social Analysis: participation in the preparation of the BDESE 2026 (collection, reliability, and analysis of the studio's social indicators).

  • Exposure to Social Dialogue: accompanying the HRD in CSE meetings for the presentation of BDESE data and participating in exchanges with elected representatives.

  • Legal Engineering: support in preparing occasional consultation files (summary notes, collective agreement research).

  • Sectoral Overview: observation of a working session with our professional union to understand the challenges of the animation industry.

Cross-functional Missions:

  • Culture and Engagement: participation in the development of the studio's QVT (Quality of Working Life) strategy following the analysis of social indicators.

  • HR Communication: assistance in writing the internal "People" newsletter to accompany the HRIS deployment.

Our ideal profile

Education and Background

  • Master 1 or Master 2 student with a specialization in Human Resources or Labor Law.

Hard Skills

  • Excellent practice of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and ease with Google Workspace. An appetite for digital tools (HRIS) is essential.

  • Good knowledge of labor law to understand compliance and social relations issues.

  • Analytical and synthesis qualities for writing notes and communication materials.

  • Intermediate level in English (read/written) to evolve in our international production context.

  • Fluency in the French language.

Soft Skills

  • Rigor and Reliability: you have a taste for a job well done, particularly when it comes to numerical data or administrative files.

  • Ethics and Confidentiality: you are aware of the sensitivity of HR subjects and demonstrate absolute discretion.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We are committed to offering a smooth and transparent selection process:

  • Pre-qualification interview via video call with Mégane – Talent Acquisition Assistant (20-30 min).

  • Interview with Lionel (HR Manager) and/or Angelina (HRD) (1h) in person (Paris 13th) + studio tour.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • Contract Type: Internship (mandatory school agreement).

  • Ideal Starting Date: Late April or early May 2026.

  • Duration: 6 months.

  • Location: Paris 13th.

  • Schedule: 35h/week (10am – 6pm).

  • Stipend and Benefits:

    • Legal stipend (€4.50/actual hour).
