This Transversal production manager position is a transversal role within our Riot projects department, supporting the development of our upcoming content.

In this role, you will act as the right hand to our Producer / Head of Content. You will help coordinate all projects within the department to ensure smooth operations—from budget management and talent follow-up to the daily relationship with our american partners.

PRIMARY MISSIONS

Administrative and Financial Follow-up for Development:

  • You will manage talent schedules, hiring processes, employment contracts, and travel arrangements in close collaboration with the HR team.

  • You will oversee invoices (freelancers and authors) and team expense reports.

  • You will prepare team deployments (ramp-ups), expense projections, and participate in the monthly review of cost reports with the Finance team before presentation to Riot.

Talent Management Coordination:

  • You will support the Producer and Creative Directors in recruiting talent for the development phases.

  • You will follow artists as they transition from one project to another to ensure a fluid career path within the studio and maintain a continuous relationship with them.

Communication and Client Relations:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for Riot regarding calendar synchronization and call organization.

  • You will update weekly milestones and prepare presentation documents for strategic meetings (Executive Committee, newsletters, etc.).

  • You will welcome clients during their visits to the studio and manage all logistical support.

OCCASIONAL MISSIONS

  • Organization and Logistics: You will coordinate team events (training, seminars) and manage travel logistics.

  • Document Management: You will centralize and organize confidential project documents (scripts, post-mortems, credit lists, etc.).

  • Studio Life: You will act as a relay for "Studio Life" topics within the department and provide support for the organization of workspace areas.

  • Meeting Support: Taking notes and preparing minutes for departmental meetings.

We are looking for a structured individual capable of navigating a multi-project environment with diplomacy and proactivity.

Required Skills

Hard skills:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Production manager

  • English Proficiency: Essential; you will communicate daily with partners in the USA.

  • French Proficiency: Mandatory.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite, Office, Miro, and Final Draft.

  • Industry Culture: Ideally, you are familiar with Shotgrid and understand the production stages of an animation film.

Soft skills:

  • Organization & Rigor: You know how to manage complex calendar priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks.

  • Proactivity: You don’t just wait for solutions; you propose them to improve overall efficiency.

  • Communication & Discretion: You can communicate effectively with everyone (from HR to Tech to Riot) while handling highly confidential information.

SALARY

  • Contract: CDDU (Fixed-term contract for entertainment workers)
