The IT Infrastructure team is growing!
We are looking for our next colleague to ensure the operational stability and evolution of our technical infrastructure. We are specifically looking to diversify our team with someone from a different industry background. Whether you are a recent graduate with a strong desire to learn or a mid-level professional with a broad technical vision, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In concrete terms, what will you be doing?

Deploy and maintain our servers (Windows/Linux) and network equipment.

Manage storage infrastructure (NetApp, TrueNas) and virtualization via Proxmox.

Install and maintain software using configuration management tools and manage workstation operating systems (Windows).

Automate everything possible (Ansible, Puppet, Git) to streamline our workflows.

Balance priorities between urgent short-term support tasks and long-term infrastructure projects.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and enrich our technical documentation and procedures.
Upcoming projects:
-
Operational maintenance and monitoring of storage, virtualization, and network solutions.

Software and service deployment on workstations and servers using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
-
Managing update campaigns for Windows workstations and servers.
-
Handling Level 3 support requests and high-impact incidents.

Long-term infrastructure evolution projects.
We offer two different levels of onboarding and supervision depending on your experience:
If you are a junior profile:
-
You hold a degree in Systems & Network Administration.
-
You have completed an apprenticeship or have roughly 2 years of experience. You are familiar with corporate environments and are self-organized.

A specialization in storage or networking during your studies is a significant plus.
If you are a mid-level profile:
-
You have solid experience in Systems Administration.

Experience outside the 3D/Animation industry is highly valued—bring us your unique methods and perspective!

You have mastered storage and networking and ideally possess IaC skills.
Important: We are looking for a profile focused on On-premise/Physical infrastructure. If you are strictly "Cloud-only," this role may not align with your expectations.
Essential Hard skills:
-
Systems: Linux is your playground, and you are proficient in Windows.

Network & Storage: This is the "core of the engine" for us.

IT Tools: Proficient with Git for version control.
-
Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell… automation is your best friend.

Languages: Fluent in French with a strong command of technical English (written and oral).
Essential Soft skills:

Autonomy & Organization: You know how to prioritize tasks effectively.

Team Spirit: We work together, sharing both successes and challenges.

Communication: You can clearly explain your work, both in writing and verbally.
Bonus Points:

Basic knowledge of Python.

Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

Experience with Windows Server.

Prior exposure to 3D tools (Maya, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
