We are looking for our future Technical Director (TD) Assets to become the central technical referent for their department and a driver of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Lead TD, you will hold a key position essential to the performance and evolution of our production pipeline. Working in close cooperation with the Tech and production teams, your role goes beyond simple troubleshooting.
You will be the primary technical point of contact for your department regarding production-related issues. Furthermore, you will actively support your team in developing, creating, monitoring, and testing tools/processes aimed at improving and optimizing our production workflow.
PRIMARY MISSIONS

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of the production pipeline within a 3D animation film studio.

Proficiency in Maya, Mari, and Zbrush.

Knowledge of the Asset production workflow (Design, Modeling, Rigging, Texturing, Grooming).

Strong proficiency in Python.

Familiarity with version control tools such as GIT, SVN, etc.

Fluency in English and French.
