A Sneak Peek into Our Management Training!

Fifty managers across Fortiche recently united for a five-day training – all about meeting each other, creating cohesion, sparking genuine communication, and sharing experiences. It was a leadership level-up, Fortiche style!

Leading this awesome training was Eloa Sahiry, a consultant and trainer who really gets the animation world – she’s fantastic at tailoring her approach to each person’s practices and development needs. By really adapting to everyone, she helped us unlock our potential – to craft our very own Fortiche-style management toolkit!

For five days, Fortichers swapped stories, fears and questions, exploring how to lead teams from all walks of life. 

Each day was a crucial step: understanding the manager’s role and responsibilities, digging into daily tasks, mastering healthy communication, tackling team dynamics, facing conflicts head-on, and of course, personalized coaching between each session, all based on a terrific action plan: the KISS! Keep, Improve, Start, Stop! I

It wasn’t just about learning new techniques; it was about questioning everything and really dissecting what makes good management tick.

Everyone had their own questions and areas they wanted to develop, and sharing those made us feel connected and supported.  They found universal feelings in their experiences and started building their own ‘Fortiche’ playbook, filled with tools that are genuinely helpful for everyone, every day.
